Liam Gallagher said his brother Noel 'should be shot' for 'putting a curse' on England's World Cup hopes

Last week Noel insisted that football was “not f**king coming home”.

OVER THE WEEKEND, Noel Gallagher upset some fans chanting “Football’s Coming Home” at a gig, by telling them that it “f**king isn’t”. It was fairly amusing. And it turns out he was right.

It wasn’t long until Liam was on Twitter saying that Noel was “under the thumb”.

Very sad when you can’t support your country coz your mrs won’t let ya hashtag soft lad hashtag under the thumb ITS COMING HOME as you were LG x

We all know what happened to England in the World Cup, anyway. So now, Liam is naturally blaming Noel for England’s failure and saying that everyone who doubted England “should be ashamed of them selves”.

Liam grew increasingly angry and said that the people who “put a curse on it” “should be shot”.

He also expressed his sympathy for Noel’s fans who will have to listen to “I told you so” at the next gig.
